It was a great pleasure working with Tokyo Japanese Restaurant based out of Eau Claire, WI. They're known for a Authentic Teppanyaki Experience and working alongside Nathanial Wesley (A wonderful and genuine driven chef) I had one of the best experiences of my life, Nathaniel is very knowledgeable about the true Japanese culture and taught me so much within a couple days, and as a former employee back in 2009 working alongside Yoshi and others as a food prep and dishwasher It was great to come back after all these years and get to share a wonderful meal and photograph these unique classics on London Rd.
